About

 Located 30 miles east of Dallas, Texas, Country Charm Events is the perfect setting for any occasion. From the wedding barn chapel to the covered patio with outdoor fireplace our venue is the perfect place for weddings, corporate events and private gatherings.

Wedding Barn

Wedding Barn amenities, include dressing rooms, hardwood dance floor, 960 ft. attached deck and state of the art sound system.

Club House

Club House amenities include pool table, shuffle board, bar, dance floor, refrigerator, sink, air conditioner, tables and chairs.

OTHER AMENITIES

Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, swings around the fire pit, tiki bar, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, pool with volleyball area in pool, covered patio with fireplace and playground for the kids.

Overnight amenities include 2 bedrooms with full size beds and one bedroom with a queen size bed.                      3 RV Hook-ups.

• Use of property the night before your wedding from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 pm for decorating, wedding rehearsal and or rehearsal dinner.

• Use of property the day of your wedding from 10:00 a.m. until Midnight.

• Tables, chairs and white table cloths to seat 200

• Black Tie valet service

*does not inclaude: catering, drinks, overnight stay or cleanup. Clean up fee $200.00. Overnight stay $500.00 per night. Catering, bartender quotes upon request.

FAQ

Can I come tour the venue?​

Yes! You can call us to schedule a tour and answer any questions you might have.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we are happy to work with you to set up a payment schedule. We just ask that you pay an initial deposit and the time of booking, and the rest can be worked into a monthly payment plan with balance due 30 days prior to event.

How can I make my payments?

We accept cash, personal check, cashier’s check, debit card, Visa, Mastercard and Discovery.

What is your cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Once you book your event, there is no refund. If you need to cancel your event, and it’s more than 90 days away, we can issue you a credit to be used at a future time.

What is included with each reservation?

You can reserve the venue only and coordinate your own rentals, vendors and setup or add our Full Event Service package and let us handle the details for you. (Drinks and Catering are not included)

VENDORS

You are welcome to bring in the vendors of your choice, including your caterer to match you budget and style, or we can make our preferred list of vendors available for you.
